AMAPS elects new set of officers-Cinco is the New President

The Amateur Media Association of Philippine Scouts (AMAPS) conducted their General Assembly and Annual Election, which elected Eagle Scout Win Sharm Cinco as the new President of the Executive Committee, September 26.

Aside from the President, Venturer Scout Mika Grace Regala was elected as the Secretary, while the incumbent Treasurer Eagle Scout Lance Baltazar was re-elected.
As the newly elected President, Cinco ensures to propose more activities, shows, and a new and inclusive system for the organization and wishes for the cooperation of the AMAPS members and co-officers.

Four Vice Presidents were appointed by President Cinco to serve under her administration. Eagle Scout Neptune Purillo and Venturer Scout Bianca Mae Elpedes were retained as the VP for News and Current Affairs and VP for Sustainability respectively. Two new names and faces will also be part of the AMAPS Executive Committee. Rover Scout Feil Immanuel Aquino as the new VP for Entertainment, and Rover Scout Pia Delos Reyes as the new VP for Scouting Affairs.

The election was held following the Constitution and by-laws of the said association alongside the formal transition of officers starting October 1, 2021.
